What To Expect From Our Event Management Service
You will have one ‘go-to-person’
One person at Elevations will have overall event management responsibility and in-depth knowledge of your project. This will usually be a director – either Mark or Tom. Having discussed the brief with you, they’ll provide an itemised quote and talk you through options. If you need to reduce costs, they are invaluable for coming up with ideas to make your event management budget stretch further.
A designer will visualise your concept
You’ll receive 3D designs that really help to understand the finished project. Not sure about a colour scheme or wall graphic? No problem, we’ll tweak the 3D so that you can compare and make the best choice.
A clear timeline
As with all good event management, all requirements will be assessed and a timeline issued to the team by our Studio Manager.
For large construction jobs we know that you feel more confident if you receive regular production photos showing that everything is happening to spec and on track.
2D graphic support
One of our 2D graphic designers will liaise with you on graphics. This could be anything from PVC walls, to light boxes or 3D logos. They’ll check, re-size and prepare your graphics for production – with one further quality check before installation.
With our Install Team on site, we’ll have a handover to ensure that you are completely satisfied, before leaving you to get on with the day’s event.
