For the third consecutive year, IHG has hosted Expo where hosted buyers and hoteliers meet. One of the challenges is to have the brand storytelling come naturally to the guests. We created an Indigo coffee bar with the aroma and art of coffee making, a Kimpton living wall and bicycle for photo opportunities, an IHG Rewards Club zone and a Crowne Plaza innovation lounge where guests get to view the new Crowne Plaza spatial identity through VR.
