Elevations at IMEX America

Today is the final day of IMEX Vegas, one of the premier tourism b2b events with hosted buyers in the States.

Our team are on site supporting Failte Ireland, Tourism Australia, Oberoi and Belmond. Of the four booths, only Oberoi was a re-design this year. The others have been used at past events, kept in storage between shows and updated with new graphics and AV elements.

The Oberoi design creates a welcoming, hotel lobby feel with back-lit graphics and atmospheric lighting.

This booth is being transported to EIBTM* Barcelona directly after the show.  At each venue we supply similar furniture in order to keep shipping costs down. Most clients are keen to exhibit in an environmentally sustainable way by reducing the amount of materials used and by re-using them again.  It keeps build costs down generally and transportation costs are shared with other booths. In the case of Oberoi, once these intricate patterns have been designed and applied to modular units, with careful handling and storage they can be used repeatedly for several years.

Belmond’s stand is part of a fresh re-brand which took place in Spring 2014. The focal point is a 90″ screen inset into a branded wall. We offer a variety of screens and video wall configurations for hire, along with editing support before and during the event. The same design was installed for Belmond at ILTM Asia* in Shanghai earlier this year by our Hong Kong team and UK project managers.

Failte Ireland has one of the largest booths at IMEX America and arguably the best bar!

Tourism Australia’s booth is the same as their European booths. We’re currently working on their next booth at World Travel Market* in London next month, for which there’s an exciting re-design.
